As this tour departs at 6:45am, accommodation will need to be pre-booked for the night prior to tour departure.

Amendment Policy
a) If you amend your booking before a Confirmation/Invoice has been issued no contract has been entered into and there is no charge.
b) If, after a Confirmation/Invoice has been issued, you wish to alter your tour arrangements or to change the departure date we shall do our utmost to make the changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to your touring/travel arrangements must be received by Tours4Fun from the person who originally made the booking or from your travel agent at least 9 weeks before the departure date of the tour. This will incur an administration fee of AUD40 per person.
c) If you amend your booking within 9 weeks of the departure date of your tour, this will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking, incurring cancellation charges as set below in addition to the cost of your new tour booking.

5 days prior to departure – Non-refundable
6-12 Days Prior to Departure Date – 55% of total purchase amount
13-21 Days Prior to Departure Date – 33% of total purchase amount
22-44 Days Prior to Departure Date – 27.5% of total purchase amount
45 or more Days Prior to Departure Date – 10% of total purchase amount
