Cancellation & Amendment Policy:
If you would like to make any change/ cancellation for your reservation, please inform us 33 days prior to departure after confirmation, otherwise we will charge penalty fees and CAD 50.00 amendment fee.
* 33 and more days prior to departure date, CAD 50.00 per person penalty fee;
* 23-32 days prior to departure date, 50% penalty fee;
* 17-22 days prior to departure date, 75% penalty fee;
* 0-16 days(working days) prior to departure date, 100% penalty fee.
* The penalty fee means tour fee. If cancellation before departure, the meal fee and admission fee can be 100% refunded;
* The 3rd/4th guests cancelled 0-17 days prior departure or No-shows will be assessed a penalty fee $200.00 per passenger.
* For buy 2 get 3rd or 4th discounted promotion, if cancellation for meal and admission is needed, you must pay the price difference between regular tour fee and discounted tour fee.

Please bring relevant travel documents (passport, Alien Card, Visa). You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents for visiting Canada and returning to the United States including your valid photo ID, passport and visa. You can not be refunded or transferred to another tour if you are not able to entry the country due to invalid travel documents.

For more assured travel plans during the holiday season, we suggest that you book your tour at least one month prior to the desired departure date.

In the event of overbooking during peak season, we will arrange for you to stay in a hotel of equal or near-equal standards of service. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

This product has no child price, so if you have children (2-11 years old) participating in the group and need to order meals, please book by adult price, and contact customer service to refund the difference CAD$30.00/child. If you have children (6-15 years old) participating in the group and pre-book the admissions, please contact customer service to refund the price differences.

Due to the peak season and traffic congestion, the actual visit time of all attractions are subject to the traffic conditions on the day of the trip.

Due to the tight availability of hotel room during the peak season, the hotel sales rates are higher in May-October, so additional hotel surcharges may apply to customers who travel from May to October.

We strongly suggest you to book the activities in advance due to the tight availability. No reservation can be accepted on tour.

We recommend that you book your flight after you receive confirmation. Tours4Fun is not responsible for the cost of cancelled flights booked prematurely.

A Visa is not required for U.S. citizens, however, we ask that you please bring your Photo I.D and proof of citizenship (U.S. birth certificate or naturalization certificate) for re-entry to the United States. A passport is highly recommended. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate. If you are not an American citizen or permanent resident, please bring your passport, I-94 card or resident alien card. Due to heightened security at the border, additional paperwork may be required from visitors from some countries. This only applies to a very few countries. Please be aware of the status of your country or origin or check with the local immigration office to ensure that multiple-entry into the U.S. is allowed. This will avoid unnecessary delays. Should any person be detained upon re-entry to the U.S., we will be unable to wait while the additional paperwork is filed. Additional charges may apply for transportation.

Please note that each customer can only take one standard check-in luggage and one carry-on bag. Extra luggage is subject to a surcharge.

The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
