The driver will be waiting at the Arrival Hall max. 90 minutes after your flight's landing time. No refund can be issued if you do not make it there within 90 minutes.

Any delay or cancellation of flights which can impact your arrival time should be reported immediately by calling the emergency number provided on the e-ticket or sending a text message. Changes to your booking cannot be guaranteed, nor untial these changes have been confirmed by the local operator.

Passengers are allowed to bring maximum of two pieces of luggage (one hand luggage and one checked baggage). Additional luggage requires an additional fee of 20.00 USD. If luggage size exceeds the standard dimensions you need to notify us upon booking: max weight of 74lbs/34kg, max dimensions of 59/150cm.

Cancellation Policy
- 9 days prior to the departure date: non-refundable
- 10-16 days prior to the departure date: 50% of payment is refunded
- 17-29 days prior to the departure date: 75% of payment is refunded
- 30 or more days prior to the departure date: 90% of payment is refunded
