Passports and Visas
For some international travelers flying to Canada, you'll require an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) which can be applied for online for CAD 7 at the Government of Canada Website Note: This only applies to flights into Canada, and US Citizens do not need to apply for a eTA or Visa to enter Canada.

Travel Insurance
It is a condition of joining this tour that you must be insured against medical and personal accident risks (including repatriation costs, air ambulance, and helicopter rescue service). We can offer an insurance policy that is designed specifically to cover the potential risks on this tour - particularly the any optional adventurous activities you plan to take part in, and covers those residing in the EU. Health Requirements
If you have any medical condition such as diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, take prescribed medicines, or have a condition that will affect your participation in the trek, you must tell us or your travel agent at the time of booking. Please be aware we may require a doctor’s note prior to travel for some conditions. This information is essential in case of emergency. All our vehicles carry a basic first-aid kit, but for everyday use you should bring your own medical supplies, such as, pain relievers, antibiotic cream, upset stomach relievers, in addition to sunscreen and insect repellent.

Accommodation
We use a combination of hotels and motels on this tour. Accommodation will be arranged on a single sex, multi or twin share basis. Where possible we will keep the group together but this cannot be guaranteed; we will try to accommodate couples, however twin rooms cannot be guaranteed and any additional upgrade costs for a private room will need to be covered by the passenger(s) en route.

Meals
There is no Food Kitty collected on this tour and meals will need to be paid for locally. However, a lunch kitty has proven a popular alternative and is optional if enough guests request it from the tour leader.

Luggage Allowance & Storage
One suitcase, soft holdall or rucksack (23kg maximum) per person, plus a sleeping bag. A small daypack and camera can also be carried in the van. Before you travel, please check the baggage allowance with the airline you’re flying with as this may be less than 23kg.
If your luggage exceeds the maximum weight, we will not be able to bring it on the tour.

Battery Charging
Our vehicles have 2 standard 12volt chargers. You will need a 12volt/cigarette lighter adapter to plug your USB charger into. Every vehicle has at least 2 outlets for you to use. If your tour features some nights in hotels along the way your hotel room will have an electrical outlet (don’t forget your travel plug.
