  - 18 Days or more prior to departure date:  10% of the tour fee as penalty;
  - 17 - 10 Days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour fee as penalty;
  - 9 Days or less prior to departure date: 100% of the tour fee as penalty.

  If you need to apply for a visa to come to Europe, we can provide the necessary ducomentation. We cannot ensure that visa approval is guaranteed from any consulate.
  * If the visa refusal letter from the consulate can be provided:
  - 18 Days or more prior departure date, 5% of the tour fee as penalty;
  - 17 Days or less prior departure date, Cancellation Policy (Without complimentary VISA support materials) applies.
  * If cancellation is made due to personal reason:
  - 48 Days or more prior departure date, EUR85/order as penalty;
  - 47 - 18 Days prior to departure date, 30% of the tour fee as penalty;
  - 17 Days or less prior departure date, Cancellation Policy (Without complimentary VISA support materials) applies.
  The hotel list provided in the visa documentation is subiect to change.
• Please prepare enough Euros. You are recommended to exchange the Euros 1-2 weeks before the departure date at your local bank. It is not that convenient and cost-efficient for the exchange at destincation's ATMs, airports or railway stations due to the exchange rate.
• There might be some adjustment on tour per the actual situation, due to the COVID-19, please understand.

1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.

* Companion policy: For minors under 18, pregnant travelers, or seniors aged 80 and above, registration will only be accepted if they are accompanied by at least one adult relative or friend aged under 75. * Luggage allowance: Each guest is allowed one large + one small piece of luggage; large luggage up to 28", small luggage 20". If you carry more than one large and one small piece of luggage (subject to available storage space), an additional €5/￡5 per piece per day will be charged as a driver handling fee.
* Airport transfer luggage policy: The luggage allowance for both free and paid airport transfers is unified as one large + one small per guest; large luggage up to 28", small luggage 20".
