If you are collecting on the day of departure, please arrive early at the station and proceed to the group bookings counter to collect your tickets. No refund or partial compensation will given for late arrivals.

- 23 days prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost
- 24-29 days prior to departure date: 25% of tour cost
- 30 or more days prior to departure date: 10% of tour cost
