OFF SEASON:
* Cancellation Made Within 9 days prior to departure - Non-refundable;
* Cancellation Made 10 or More Days Prior to Departure Date - 90% of the total purchase amount can be refunded.
HIGH SEASON:
* Cancellation Made Within 32 days prior to departure - Non-refundable;
* Cancellation Made 33 or More Days Prior to Departure Date - 90% of the total purchase amount can be refunded.
* High season includes: Chinese New Year, Spring Festival(about March - April), Summer Vacation(about June - August), Thanksgiving Day(about late November), Marathon(about beginning of December)
* Airtickets cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed.
* Once confirmed, Hilton Waikoloa Village Hotel will not be refunded or changed.
* Due to the different cancellation policy for each hotel, please check with our customer service team for the final confirmation.

Please Note:
1. Polynesian Cultural Center will be closed on Sunday. Hanauma Bay Snorkeling will be closed on Tuesday. To ensure that your trip goes well if your itinerary includes these tours, we may adjust the itinerary. Thanks for your understanding.
2. For some reasons, such as traffic or weather conditions, we may adjust the itinerary (attractions' order and time), but the attractions will not change. Thanks for your understanding.

We provide one complimentary airport pickup and drop-off for one reservation, pick-up time: 5:00 AM-10:00 PM; drop-off time: 5:00 AM-10:00 PM

The inter-islands air ticket can't be signed, changed or refunded once the ticket is confirmed.

Because this tour contains the inter-islands air ticket between Honolulu to Maui or Big Island, the tour fee may vary due to the instability of air fares. In order to keep your tour smooth, please provide the following information when you make reservation so that we can order the ticket for you.

Please make sure the above information you provided is in accordance with the information on your passport or ID card or boarding will be denied. Please note the tour price will be adjusted if air fee varies.

Boarding will be denied if your name does not match your passport exactly and please write down your birth date and sex.

During the months of July, August, and September, Inter-Island flight prices may increase due to a high travel volume. After the submission of your booking, we will try to lock in the lowest flight rates for you, however; if there is a flight rate increase; we will inform you of that increase and ask if the increase is acceptable. If the flight increase is not acceptable, we will not charge you for the tour. Once Inter-island flights are confirmed. Any cancellations of the tour and flights will incur penalties to be determined based on urgency and per-case basis.

Please note that fares are subject to change according to the change of airfare, tax and surcharges. As airfare is included, this tour may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Names submitted for this reservation must match photo ID exactly. Please feel free to inquire with a Customer Service Representative for more information.

Hawaii tour itineraries are composed of many smaller Hawaii tours and the configuration of the itinerary is not confirmed until the day of the tour. Itineraries on the e-ticket are suggested initial itineraries. Please do not plan any side excursions or additional tour plans for Hawaii until the day you arrive on our tour. If you need to take a side plan or additional tour, you must talk with your tour guide and check if the tour's itinerary may work for you.

Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a flight delay for more than 45 minutes, you will have to arrange transportation on your own. However, you are welcome to contact our local tour provider to check if our staff can accommodate your needs.

We strongly recommend that you contact the airline and our local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival timing, and request to arrange for a pickup before your departure.

The tour price may vary especially during holidays due to the air ticket price fluctuation. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If we confirm that the air ticket fee will be adjusted after 24 hours of your booking, we will continue processing your orders after consult your opinion and obtain your approval. If the ticket price fluctuates greatly which makes you willing to give up your order, we will immediately cancel it with no additional charges.

In Spring/Summer, we recommend you to wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
In Fall/Winter, we recommend layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.

Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4fun/ local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information.
