Summer Itinerary: Apply when DC cruise resume Lincoln Memorial, Korean War Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial (40 mins) → White house (Outside Visit, 20 mins) → U.S. Capitol in-depth tour (Optional, 120 mins, include Supreme Court of the United States (Outside Visit) & US national library (Outside Visit) ) → Madame Tussauds President Gallery (Optional, 50 mins) → DC Sightseeing Cruise (Optional, 60 mins) We will also pass by: US Treasury, Washington Monument, etc. Winter Itinerary: Apply when DC cruise closed Lincoln Memorial, Korean War Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial (40 mins) → White house (Outside Visit, 20 mins) → U.S. Capitol in-depth tour (Optional, 120 mins, include Supreme Court of the United States (Outside Visit) & US national library (Outside Visit) ) → Madame Tussauds President Gallery (Optional, 50 mins) → Newseum (Optional, 75 mins, cancelled from 01/01/2020) OR National Museum of Natural History (Optional, 90mins. Effective from 01/01/2020.) We will also pass by: US Treasury, Washington Monument, etc. In the afternoon, leave for Miami from DCA airport. Airport Transfers Notes: 1. Free airport drop-off service at DCA, please book the flight departure after 2:00pm. Or you may choose the flight at IAD/BWI after 3:00pm on your own expense. 2. Our free Miami airport pick-up service is from 10:00am to 10:00pm. For the other time: From Miami airport (MIA)/ Fort Lauderdale airport (FLL) to the hotel: the first four persons at $95.00 with $12.00 for each additional person. Once you arrive at MIA/FLL, our tour guide will greet you outside the baggage claim area and bring you to the hotel.

* DC Sightseeing Cruise is usually to be closed from Jan to Mar. * If U.S. Capitol closed to visitors, we will see the exterior of the Capitol building from outside. The Capitol Visitor Center is open to visitors from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and on Inauguration Day. * Newseum will be removed from 01/01/2020 and National Museum of Natural History will be visited instead.

* Add-on Hotel Service (+H) before tour departure: One Night Deluxe Hotel (the same hotel as the first night stay of the tour: CROWNE (RAMADA) PLAZA EWR / SHERATON EDISON / DOUBLTREE SOMERSET or similar). At picking-up from airport, our tour guide and driver will bring you to hotel, and assist to check in.
* If you add-on Hotel Service (+H), you can enjoy free airport pick-up service from 8:30am to 0:00am (Actual landing time of flight) at three major airports of New York (JFK, EWR and LGA). Other pick-up location: Flushing (9:30am to 5:00pm), and Chinatown in Manhattan (9:30am to 6:00pm).
* You can choose one of the four one-day theme tours the day after the airport pick-up and enjoy free hotel pick-up & drop-off service. If only add-on hotel service (+H) is booked without the one-day theme tour (+X), you need to take care of the transportation of the next day by yourself.

Some attractions will be closed during Holidays or events(eg. Christmas, Thanksgiving), the arrangement is subject to your tour guide.

Please coordinate your flight schedule with that of your tour. We recommend that you please book your flight tickets after you've received your confirmation email within one to two business days.

Due to the popularity of these tours during our busy season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels which offer similar standards of services as an alternative.

Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self-transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self-transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4Fun/ local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

As some hotels require, customers must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination, to cooperate with card swiping for deposit and check-in procedures according to the different regulations of the hotel. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to your card within 7-14 working days after check-out.
