• Theme Park pick-up and drop-off services are included only for customers who stay in Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites and Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista, a Rosen Hotel. For customers staying in other hotels, you can contact your tour guide for that, but you need to pay $4.00 for tips.
• Cancellation Policy:
  Within 9 days of departure date------------------100% of booking price
  10-12 days prior to departure date--------------50% of booking price
  13 or more days prior to departure date -----10% of booking price
• In order to provide a great experience for vast majority of tourists,and obey The Four Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Show and Efficiency. From now on, selfie sticks no longer permitted at Disney Theme Parks.
  When selfie sticks are observed at bag check, Guest Relations runners at bag check will escort the Guest to Guest Relations. Guest Relations will tag the device and give the Guest a claim ticket to retrieve it upon exiting the park.
• Local law stipulates that children aged 8 years and younger must be secured in a car seat while in the vehicle. Please prepare a car seat for each passenger aged 8 years and younger. For children aged 4-8 years, we can offer child seat for free. (Please leave us a note when you book online if you need it.)
• You are responsible for obtaining and carrying any all travel documents required to enter the United States, including valid photo ID, passport and visa. Please check with the relevant authorities for actual requirements.
• In the event of overbooking during peak season, we will arrange for you to stay in a hotel of equal or near-equal standards of service.
• Flight information must be provided in order for airport transfer services to be arranged. If flight information is not provided or relayed at the last minute, we will assume you have arranged your own transportation and no driver will be sent. If you decide to make the trip from the airport to the hotel yourself, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of airport transfer service, you may still request said service provided we receive the request well in advance. Urgent requests to reinstate airport shuttle service will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4Fun / local provider will attempt to arrange pick-up at a later time, but this is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available, all guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation from the airport to the hotel.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
