  9 Days Prior to Departure Date - 100% of Reservation Cost
  10-12 Days Prior to Departure Date - 50% of Reservation Cost
  13 or More Days Prior to Departure Date - 10% of Reservation Cost
• Local law stipulates that children aged 8 years and younger must be secured in a car seat while in the vehicle. Please prepare a car seat for each passenger aged 8 years and younger. For children aged 4-8 years, we can offer child seat for free. (Please leave us a note when you book online if you need it.)
• Please note that the departure of this tour depends on the passenger number of our 5-day South Florida tour: Miami, Key West, Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Lauderdale from Miami(with airport transfers). Please contact us to confirm the availability of this tour. We reserve the right to cancel the tour due to lack of participants.
• After our initial confirmation of your booking, your booking will be subject to re-confirmation 2 or 3 days prior to departure date.
• To ensure that you can join the tour smoothly, we recommend you read the following notes:
  *If you need to change the pick-up location, please contact us to confirm the location 48 hours before the tour departs. (Please refer to our Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy.)
  *If you change your pick-up location and do not join the tour at the location you chose on time, you will likely miss the bus and will not be eligible for a refund.
• Multiple departure/pick-up locations are provided as value added options for this tour/activity. Please note that you may be transferred to a central meeting point from the departure/pick-up location prior to departing on your tour/activity.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
