Add-On Hotel Service (+H) & Four Options of One-Day Theme Tours (+X): Please choose whether you need when you book tour.
* Add-on Hotel Service (+H) before tour departure: One Night Deluxe Hotel (the same hotel as the first night stay of the tour: CROWNE (RAMADA) PLAZA EWR / SHERATON EDISON / DOUBLTREE SOMERSET or similar). At picking-up from airport, our tour guide and driver will bring you to hotel, and assist to check in.
* If you add-on Hotel Service (+H), you can enjoy free airport pick-up service from 8:30am to 0:00am (Actual landing time of flight) at three major airports of New York (JFK, EWR and LGA). Other pick-up location: Flushing (9:30am to 5:00pm), and Chinatown in Manhattan (9:30am to 6:00pm).
* You can choose one of the four one-day theme tours the day after the airport pick-up and enjoy free hotel pick-up & drop-off service. If only add-on hotel service (+H) is booked without the one-day theme tour (+X), you need to take care of the transportation of the next day by yourself.

The itinerary and operating dates may change due to weather, traffic and other reasons during our busy season. Please reconfirm your order prior to the departure date.

If the attractions are closed due to holidays, the tour more likely will stop at the entrances for a photo opportunity.

In the event of overbooking during peak season, we will arrange for you to stay in a hotel of similar or near similar standards of service.

Flight information must be provided in order for airport transfer services to be arranged. If flight information is not provided or relayed at the last minute, we will assume you have arranged your own transportation and no driver will be sent. If you decide to make the trip from the airport to the hotel yourself, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of airport transfer service, you may still request said service provided we receive the request well in advance. Urgent requests to reinstate airport shuttle service will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4Fun / local provider will attempt to arrange pick-up at a later time, but this is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available, all guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation from the airport to the hotel.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. If you require assistance finding a specific tour, please contact us for more information.
As some hotels require, customers must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination, to cooperate with card swiping for deposit and check-in procedures according to the different regulations of the hotel. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to your card within 7-14 working days after check-out.
