6-Day Canadian Rocky Mountain Tour from Vancouver**One night in Lake Louise**

Please be advised that the tour guide only speak basic English on the bus (like timetable only) and customers are mostly native Chinese speakers on this tour.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy:
If you would like to make any change for your reservation, please inform us 17 days prior to departure after confirmation, otherwise we will charge additional fees including the $30.00 amendment fee.
* Cancel 33 and more days prior to departure date, $60 penalty fee per person;
* Cancel 23-32 days prior to departure date, 50% penalty fee;
* Cancel 10-22 days prior to departure date, 75% penalty fee;
* Cancel 0-9 days prior to departure date, 100% penalty fee;
* No-show on tour, 100% penalty fee.

All optional tours including service fee must be paid for in cash only which should be planned as part of your tour expenses before joining the tour.

During your trip, please respect your fellow travelers as well as the tour guide and bus driver. At the discretion of the tour guide/ driver, travelers who inhibit the tour from going forward and/or are deemed disruptive/destructive will be asked to leave the tour group.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
