Between 30 and 15 days prior to departure
- You pay 25% of the tour price
Between 14 and 3 days prior to departure

There will be no guide present at the hotel in Madrid. Tours in Madrid shall be made by regular tour service.

We recommend that you book your flight after you receive the confirmation email, normally within one to two business days.

In the event of overbooking, we will arrange for you to stay in a hotel of similar or near-similar standards of service. On occasion, it may be necessary to substitute a hotel of a slightly lower standard. If a single room is not provided where requested, we will refund the supplemental charge.
