Cancellation Policy:
As US west tours are likely to be sold out, we will reserve bus seats once you make reservation. If you would like to cancel your order after confirmation, please check refund policy as following:
*Cancellations made before 18 days prior to departure date --- $85.00/person will be charged;
*Cancellations made during 11-17 days prior to departure date --- 50% of total purchase amount + a Handling fee of $50.00 will be charged;
*Cancellations made within 10 days prior to departure date --- no refund;
*No show on tour day --- no refund. If the 3rd or/and 4th persons fail to show up while 3 or 4 passengers sharing one room, those who are in the same room must pay penalty equivalent to 4th person's tour fares ($638.00/person) on board the bus.
* Apply to the following situations:
- Cancel the order
- Decrease the number of guests
- Change to other tours
- Change the departure date

Amendment Policy:
*Amendment made before 19 days prior to departure date --- $60.00/person + a Handling fee of $25.00/order will be charged;
*Amendment made during 12-18 days prior to departure date --- 50% of total purchase amount + a Handling fee of $60.00/order will be charged;
*Amendment made within 11 days prior to departure date --- no amendment. If need admendment, 100% of total purchase amount will be charged.
* Apply to the following situations:
- Change identity information: name, age, etc.
- Change optional tour or available package hotel

Please bring your own car seat, if you are travelling with a child under 8 years old / Less 60 lbs. The penalty will be on your own cost, if you do not bring the car seat.

Customers are allowed up to two items (ie. 1 standard check-in luggage + 1 carry-on) free of charge. Extra items will be charged at additional $25/per luggage.

We always recommend you book your flight tickets after you receive tour confirmation. Tours4fun will not be responsible if you book your flight tickets and your tour cannot be confirmed.

Due to the popularity of tours during the high season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels which offer similar standards of service to replace. Please understand.

All hotel room are Non-Smoking, any violations are fined $300.00 ~ $500.00.

If you need to book an air ticket, we recommend that you book your air ticket after you receive confirmation email for your reservation within one to two business days from us.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
