Due to the popularity of Yellowstone tours during the summer season, we suggest that you book Yellowstone tours 1-2 months in advance.
We are supposed to update the available seats at 6:00pm every business day.
Please note that placing an order on Tours4fun does not guarantee confirmation of a tour; Tours4fun will usually confirm a booking within 1-2 days.
We always recommend you book your flight tickets after you receive tour confirmation. Tours4fun will not be responsible if you book your flight tickets and your tour cannot be confirmed.

Please note that the Canyon Lodge is open from 5/17 ~ 10/1, except for 5/21, 9/27. For rest of season, we will stay in West Yellowston in stead of Canyon Lodge.

Please confirm your preferred drop-off location with us as early as possible. If you confirm it when you are on tour, additional fee($70-$100) may by charged.

If you need LAS/LAX Airport drop-off service, please make a notes while booking. You should inform us about this service requirement at least 9 days before the departure date. If we are not informed 9 days before departure, additional fees may apply for an end tour transfer. Please make sure to book and confirm your tour first before you book your flights. Please note: Full Cancellation Policy is effective for late tour bookings which are 9-days prior to the departure date. Please review our Cancellation Policy.

If you arrive in Las Vegas earlier or leave there later, we recommend you the following hotel as your pre/post hotel: Tropicana (3801 Las Vegas Blvd S Las Vegas), NV 89109
Each room is provided with two standard beds or one queen-size bed. The hotel & casino in Las Vegas is different from other ordinary hotels. Its room supply is based upon the sales status. While booking room, tours4fun always requires the hotel to supply two standard beds in one room. However, in a few cases, The hotel may only have one queen-sized bed be ready. In such circumstance, if 3 peoples stay in one room, you can request the hotel for one additional bed by paying a small fee. And yet, in case that 4 peoples stay in one room and the hotel only supplies with one queen-sized bed, tours4fun shall assume no responsibilities.

Cancellation Policy (Please note that CHANGE FEE and CANCELLATION FEE is the same):
1. 32 or more Days Prior to Departure Dates, 10% Reservation cost;
2. 17-31 Days Prior to Departure Date, 25% Reservation Cost;
3. 10-16 Days Prior to Departure Date, 50% Reservation Cost;
4. 8-9 Days Prior to Departure Date, 75% Reservation Cost;
5. 7 Days Prior to Departure Date, 100% Reservation Cost.
6. If the free-fare passenger(s) who enjoy our buy 2 get 1 free promotion is cancelled, there is no refund for the the additional fee of the free person once the tour is confirmed

Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
