8-Day Bus Tour to Grand Canyon, Los Angeles, San Francisco and 17-Mile Scenic Drive from Las Vegas

Cancellation Policy:
As US west tours are likely to be sold out, we will reserve bus seats once you make reservation. If you would like to cancel your order after confirmation, please check refund policy as following:
* Cancellation made within:
* 12 and More Days Prior to Departure Date: $100.00 penalty fee per person
* 9 - 11 Days Prior to Departure Date: $200.00 penalty fee per person
* 0 - 8 Days Prior to Departure Date or no show on tour: Non-refundable
* Apply to the following situations:
- Cancel the order
- Decrease the number of guests
- Change to other tours
- Change the departure date

Amendment Policy:
* Amendment made within:
* 12 and More Days Prior to Departure Date: $100.00 penalty fee per person
* 9 - 11 Days Prior to Departure Date: $200.00 penalty fee per person plus $30.00 service charge
* 0 - 8 Days Prior to Departure Date: No Amendment will be accepted
* Apply to the following situations:
- Change identity information: name, age, etc.
- Change optional tour or available package hotel

All hotel room are Non-Smoking, any violations are fined $300.00 ~ $500.00.

To ensure the safety of children, anyone that is under 8 years of age OR Less 60 lbs must have a car seat. (Car seat is available for rent for $25 a day—-must make reservation ahead of time).

Airport Pickup/drop off time is limited. All other times: $100 for the first and second person. $10 per person thereafter.(In case of flight change, please notify our company for new arrangement. We only provide one airport pickup and drop off service per booking and there will be additional charges for extra airport pickup/drop off. )

Customers are allowed up to two items (ie. 1 standard check-in luggage + 1 carry-on) free of charge. Extra items will be charged at additional $25.00 / per luggage.

Due to the popularity of tours during the high season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels that offer similar standards of service to replace.

Customers under 21 can't enter any casinos or join any gambling activities in Las Vegas.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information.
