6-Day Bus Tour to Yellowstone National Park and Mt. Rushmore from Salt Lake City

Cancellation Policy:
*Cancellations made before 19 days prior to departure date --- $60.00/person will be charged
*Cancellations made during 12-18 days prior to departure date --- 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded
*Cancellations made within 11 days prior to departure date --- no refund
*No show on tour day --- no refund. If the 3rd or/and 4th persons fail to show up while 3 or 4 passengers sharing one room, those who are in the same room must pay penalty ($558.00/person) on board the bus.
* Apply to the following situations:
- Cancel the order
- Decrease the number of guests
- Change to other tours
- Change the departure date

Amendment Policy:
*Amendment made before 19 days prior to departure date --- Amendment fee $60.00/time will be charged
*Amendment made during 7-9 days prior to departure date --- 50% of total purchase amount will be charged
*Amendment made within 6 days prior to departure date --- no amendment. If need admendment, 100% of total purchase amount will be charged.
* Apply to the following situations:
- Change identity information: name, age, etc.
- Change optional tour or available package hotel

All hotel room are Non-Smoking, any violations are fined $300.00 ~ $500.00.

Please bring you own car seat, if you are travelling with a child under 8 years old. The penalty will be on your own cost, if you do not bring the car seat.

Customers are allowed up to two items (ie. 1 standard check-in luggage + 1 carry-on) free of charge. Extra items will be charged at additional $25.00 / per luggage.

Due to the popularity of Yellowstone tours during the summer season, we suggest that you book Yellowstone tours one to two months in advance.

Placing an order with Tours4Fun does not guarantee confirmation of a tour. Tours4Fun will usually confirm a booking within 1-2 business days.

If you need to book a flight, we recommend that you book your flight after you receive a confirmation email from Tours4Fun for your reservation within one to two business days.

Due to the popularity of tours during the high season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels that offer similar standards of service to replace.

Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information.
