7-Day San Francisco, Grand Canyon West/South Tour from Los Angeles (With LAX Airport Transfer)

Las Vegas tours permit travelers from ages 18-21 who are unaccompanied by a co-traveler 21 or older to join the tour, however, those under age 21 cannot gamble in Las Vegas. Those who are age 18-21 can accompany someone 21 or older while that person is gambling.

Lower Antelope Canyon will close once the temperature reaches 105 degree or on rainy days. Please help inform your customers that Lower Antelope Canyon fee will be non-refundable if Lower Antelope Canyon closed due to the bad weather, we will visit X canyon instead. If X Canyon closed as well, then we will refund admission fee only. If we receive advance notice from Lower Antelope Canyon before the tour departure, then we will cancel this tour and fully refund.

Overnight hotels may be fully booked during peak season. In this instance we will choose hotels with equal or near-equal standards of service as an alternative. To make your reservation easier, we strongly recommend you upgrade your Los Angeles hotel.

Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a flight delay of more than 45 minutes, you will be required to arrange transportation at your own expense. However, you are welcome to contact your local tour provider to see if there is staff available to accommodate your needs.

We strongly recommend that you contact your airline and local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival information and pick-up arrangement before your departure.

Flight information must be provided in order for airport transfer services to be arranged. If flight information is not provided or relayed at the last minute, we will assume you have arranged your own transportation and no driver will be sent. If you decide to make the trip from the airport to the hotel yourself, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of airport transfer service, you may still request said service provided we receive the request well in advance. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4Fun/ local provider will attempt to arrange pick-up at a later time, but this is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available, all guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation from the airport to the hotel.

San Francisco Public Transportation: All hotels on the tour are near the Fremont / Union City region. You may request a taxi service to the nearest BART / train station (around $15). You can then take the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) to downtown San Francisco.

San Francisco Taxi Service: Transportation from the Fremont / Union city region to downtown San Francisco takes about 40 minutes - 1 hour. Taxi fares may vary.

According to the legal requirements of the destination, smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour. This also applies to hotel rooms. Violations are fined $300.00 or more (please refer to the hotel rules). Customers are responsible for paying fines and penalties.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
