Itinerario

In the morning, we will visit the Met Cloisters, situated in Fort Tryon Park, specializes in European medieval art and architecture, with a focus on the Romanesque and Gothic periods. After lunch, you can freely move around and have ample time to prepare for the New Year.
Lunch recommendation (at your own expense): You can choose to have simple meals such as sandwiches, salads, etc. in the Met Cloisters; or you can enjoy food arrival at Times Square or SOHO.

* You will have 2 options for the countdown:

Option 1: You may walk to Times Square and watch performances before the countdown. At the same time, the countdown zone will be closed for pedestrians only; you may experience the world-famous New Year street celebrations to witness the historic moment. (Free of charge)

The first day of your tour from 9:00 to 24:00 (Please be noticed the listed time refers to the meeting time with our staff after claiming your baggage.); we provide complimentary airport pick-up at two major airports of New York on the first day of your tour: John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and LaGuardia Airport (LGA).
2. Arrival procedure for domestic flight: Arrival→Baggage Claim area→Meet tour guide→Tour guide will arrange shuttle bus service.
3. Arrival procedure for international flight: Arrival→Go through immigration→Baggage Claim Area→Go through Custom→Meet tour guide→Tour guide will arrange shuttle bus service.
4. If customers arrived outside of the complimentary airport pickup hours, we can arrange 24 hours airport pick-up service for $160 (include 1st and 2nd persons, $10 for each additional person).
5. For those who do not require airport pick-up service on the first day, shuttle service will be provided at the following pick-up locations (please register when booking the tour):

2) Flights after 2:00PM: Free airport drop-off service to three major airports (LGA, JFK or EWR, EWR is highly recommended). Passengers of flights before 7:00PM will NOT go shopping.
3) Flights after 7:00PM, tourists can go shopping at the Jersey Garden Outlet. The merchandises will be on sale for 20% to 70% savings with assorted designer and named brands.

• If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
• Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
• If the guest quits during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.

From 10/15/2022, when guests check in at hotels in Newark Airport area of New York, they need to present their credit card to pay the incidental fee.
Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult.
Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
Various hotels may have different deposit policy passengers need to comply with. No specific bed type or the position of the tour can be guaranteed at each hotel. Usually 2-4 people can stay in each room maximally. Hotel check-in time starts at 15:00.
This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
We have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. The local operator provides the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. The local operator does not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions on our website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, we shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While the local operator makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. We are not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a dela.
We reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.

Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with the law.
Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
