Tour Cancellation charges:
The following cancellation charges shall apply for tours cancelled between:
-Over 33 days - Handling charge is $60.00/person
-23-32 days prior to departure – 50% of the total fare paid
-10-22 days prior to departure – 75% of the total fare paid
-Within 9 days prior to departure – 100% of the total fare paid

We can assist you in reservation of a room at a hotel near Vancouver airport. You may request for a free hotel shuttle service to reach the airport the following morning. Please make a note by adding your request in the comment section of the check-out page.

Please bring relevant travel document (passport, Alien Card, Visa). You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents for visiting Canada including your valid photo ID, passport and visa. You have to hold the Canadian visa unless you are US permanent resident or have US Green Card. Please check with according authorities for detailed requirements.

Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.
