- 17 or more days Prior to Departure Date: 90% of total purchase amount can be refunded;
- 10-16 days Prior to Departure Date: 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded;
- 9 days Prior to Departure Date or No-Show: Non-refundable.
- Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
- If the guest quit during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated. - Please wear mask throughout.
- To make your travel more convenient, we suggest you book your tour one month prior to the departure date during the holiday season (New Year/Christmas).
- For more assured travel plans during the holiday season, we suggest that you book your tour one month prior to departure date.
- In the event of overbooking during peak season, we will arrange for you to stay in a hotel of equal or near-equal standards of service.
- Winter weather conditions may affect the itinerary from October to April or May. The tour guide reserves the right to change the itinerary to ensure the safety of all passengers on the tour. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Guests who need to change their pick-up location must inform us at least five days in advance.
- Due to the popularity of Yellowstone tours during the summer, we suggest that you book Yellowstone tours 1-2 months in advance.
- Placing an order on Tours4Fun's website does not guarantee confirmation. Tours4Fun normally confirms bookings within one to two business days.
- Please book your flight after you have received confirmation from Tours4Fun. We are not responsible for the cost of cancelled flights booked prior to confirmation.
- We also arrange hotel extensions and airport pick-up and drop-off upon request. Please contact us for a quote.
- Multiple pick-up locations are included in this tour/activity as a value-added option. Please note that you may be transferred to a central meeting point prior to departing on the tour/activity.
- According to the legal requirements of the destination, smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour. This also applies to hotel rooms. Violations are fined $300.00 or more (please refer to the hotel rules). Customers are responsible for paying fines and penalties.
- The opening hours and capacity limit of attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to COVID-19. When the operating hours and capacity restriction have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
- Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult.
- The itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather.
- In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
- This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Passengers who take this tour need to purchase admission tickets from tour escort on the departure date. Otherwise, we will stop providing services on the day.
- We make every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical problem.
- Please reach the departure point on time and follow the arrangement of a tour escort.
- Before doing an individual activity or leaving the group, please get the agreement of the tour guide.
- Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.
- Hotel arrangements will be subject to changes depending on the season. You can confirm your hotel information while you are on-tour with your tour guide.
- For guests riding a 7-seat vehicle (the actual vehicle type will be subject to the actual number of passengers), booster seats are required for kids under 8 years old. We provide booster rental service for $10/seat/day. Please inform your needs upon booking. Please notice that penalties may be charged due to lack of prior notice.
Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

As some hotels require, customers must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination, to cooperate with card swiping for deposit and check-in procedures according to the different regulations of the hotel. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to your card within 7-14 working days after check-out.
