The Sanxingdui Museum’s ancient artifacts were fascinating. In Lhasa, the Potala Palace was breathtaking, and the Jokhang Temple was deeply moving. Sera Monastery’s debates were thought-provoking, and Barkhor Street was a lively and engaging place to explore. The transition between the modern city of Chengdu and the spiritual realm of Lhasa was seamless. The guide was knowledgeable and made the journey enriching. A highly recommended tour for an in-depth experience of both cities!

What stood out most was the cultural depth of this tour. Watching monks debate at Sera Monastery and walking the Barkhor Street with pilgrims gave me a genuine sense of Tibetan daily life. The welcome dinner and local teahouse visit were lovely touches that made the experience feel authentic.

I loved the mix of hotels and local guesthouses. The farm lunch by Yamdrok Lake was such a unique experience—I still remember the hospitality of the local family.
