The 13-story circular building also known at Capitol Tower was completed in 1956 is a Hollywood landmark containing the Capitol Records West Coast offices as well as Capitol Studios recording facilities. The blinking light on the tower spells out Hollywood in Morse code. Capitol Records building located north of the famous intersection of Hollywood and Vine was built by architect Louis Naidorf. The record label has signed music legends such as Frank Sinatra, The Beatles, Nat King Cole and The Beach Boys.
