The seven islands and more than 100 islets in the Bocas del Toro Archipelago will not disappoint travelers seeking adventure in a Caribbean tropical Shangri-La. The thatched-roofed huts, lush rainforest and laid-back vibe of the islands are an excellent complement to the excellent scuba diving, hiking, surfing and sailing on offer. Take a tour to explore one of several bat caves, or explore the mangroves on a catamaran, with which you can also reach the best snorkeling spots. At the eponymous Red Frog Beach, you can see the cute red frogs that live only in the archipelago.
