Good, But Could Be Better

Overall, it was an enjoyable trip, but I had some mixed feelings. Booking was hassle-free, and I did appreciate the 24/7 customer support. They helped me sort out a couple of last-minute changes to my itinerary with no issue. The transportation was decent, though there were a few long stretches of time where it felt like we weren’t really exploring. Accommodation was nice, though nothing too luxurious. The glass-roofed cabin was cool, but I didn’t get to see the Northern Lights from it, which was disappointing. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, but the activities felt a bit rushed at times. I did enjoy the activities—especially the husky safari and the king crab feast, which were highlights. However, the tour could’ve used a bit more flexibility and less time on the road.

This was truly a trip of a lifetime! From booking to customer support to the actual adventure, everything was flawless. Booking was easy, and I received all the details in advance. The customer service was amazing—available around the clock, and they even helped me adjust my pick-up time when I missed my flight by a few hours. So grateful for their flexibility! Transportation was seamless. We were always picked up on time, and the buses were comfortable. The guide was fantastic, and I could tell he was really passionate about the Arctic culture and the Northern Lights. He kept us engaged and shared so much interesting info throughout the journey. Accommodation was out of this world—especially the glass igloo! Waking up to see the Northern Lights from your bed is a memory I’ll cherish forever. The lakeside spa hotel was lovely, and I made full use of the sauna and thermal suite. The activities were all well-organized, and I enjoyed every single one—from snowmobiling to ice fishing. The whole itinerary was well-thought-out and offered the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. This tour exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an Arctic adventure!
