Esztergom was settled by the Celts back in 350 B.C. and was the capital of Hungary from the 10th to the 13 century. It is home to Hungary's largest cathedral with Esztergom Basilica and is the seat of the Hungarian Catholic Church. Other points of interest include The Christian Museum, Castle Hill, Dark Gate, Watertown, Royal Palace, White Tower and St. Anne Church.

A lovely ship

Food, Fun, and Fabulous Views!

What a delightful experience! The onboard meals were delicious, and I loved trying Hungarian dishes while cruising the river. The itinerary was well-planned, with plenty of opportunities to explore on our own. My favorite part was the evening concert in Vienna—it was magical! Seriously, the views of the cities at night from the ship were unforgettable
