- Passengers are fully responsible for bringing valid travel documents (passport and visa) valid for at least 6 months from the departure date. If refused entry by immigration/customs for any reason, no refunds will be issued and the company bears no liability.
- Please avoid bringing valuables or expensive jewelry. Keep important items and documents with you at all times. The company, driver, and tour leader are not responsible for any loss.
- Passengers must comply with all local laws and regulations. Bringing illegal goods or engaging in smuggling is strictly prohibited. Smoking is banned in all public and indoor spaces in Europe, including hotel rooms. Fines can reach up to thousands of euros. Sitting or eating on the ground at certain attractions is also prohibited and may result in fines.
- Meals and entrance tickets are at your own expense during the tour. Please bring sufficient local currency and any personal medication you may need.
- If a passenger wishes to leave the tour early or travel separately, the company will assist with arrangements when possible. However, we are not liable for any costs or losses due to delays, missed transport, or accommodation changes.
- Any passenger who disrupts the group, endangers others, or impedes the tour leader’s work may be removed from the tour at the discretion of the guide and with the group’s consent. No refunds will be given, and the company assumes no responsibility after their departure.
- If flights or buses are delayed due to technical issues or traffic, or if itinerary changes or cancellations are required due to weather, strikes, or unexpected events, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
- The tour company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or accommodation based on actual conditions. Some attractions may be closed due to holidays or maintenance. Passengers are expected to accept these changes.
- For travelers who agree to room-share with strangers, the company is not responsible for personal disputes. We will not intervene in such matters.
- Transport and accommodation providers (airlines, ships, trains, buses, etc.) have their own terms and liability rules. In the event of lost luggage, accidents, or damages, resolution will be based on the policies of the relevant provider. The tour company is not liable.

- Europe experiences large temperature differences between day and night. Only a few months exceed 30°C, and many hotels do not have air conditioning due to environmental regulations. This is not a service issue—thank you for understanding.
