The current St. Paul's Cathedral building is the fourth to have stood in the location with the first erected in 604. Many historic British events took place in this cathedral including the wedding of Prince Charles and Diana Spencer; funerals for Duke of Wellington Lord Nelson and prime ministers Winston Churchill and Margaret Thatcher; and jubilees for Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth II.
