From the very beginning of researching the itinerary, the customer service staff responded very quickly when sending messages on FB. Even if there was a time difference, they could receive a reply within one day. In addition, we were very lucky to meet the tour guide Jessie during the four days. She explained the scenic spots very well. She smiled all day long and was able to help with any situation. She had excellent control over all time and drove very carefully. Was on a Banff tour from 28 to 29 March 2024. Our tour guide, Michael, was most helpful and managed the tour very well. We also appreciated the seamless transition from English to Mandarin. We didn’t feel like we missed any information despite the bilingual narratives. He also patiently helped us put on the spikes to be able to walk on the snow. The driver, Joe, drove smoothly and we felt safe even it it was snowing a lot on our way to Calgary. We enjoyed the tour very much.
