Cancellation Policy

    (Applicable to reducing the number of participants under the same order, canceling the entire order, changing itinerary details, or rescheduling to a different departure date of the same tour.)
    - Cancellation 48 days or more prior to departure (inclusive): 30% of the total tour fee will be charged. (Pre-booked optional activities and meals are refundable.)
    - Cancellation 17–47 days prior to departure (inclusive): 50% of the total tour fee will be charged. (Pre-booked optional activities and meals are refundable.)
    Cancellation within 16 days prior to departure (inclusive): No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.
    During Christmas, New Year, and public holidays (Dec 15 – Jan 5), no cancellations or changes are allowed once booking is confirmed.

    - 17 days or more prior to departure (inclusive): A service fee of CAD$60 per order per change applies.
    - Within 16 days prior to departure (inclusive): No modifications are permitted.

    1. Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, contact details, whether adult or child, etc.) at the time of booking to avoid errors and ensure smooth travel arrangements. Children's birth dates must be provided in advance to determine if a safety seat is required. The responsibility for any delays or losses caused by missing information rests with the traveler.
    2. If you do not receive the "Tour Confirmation" email within 7 days before departure, please contact our staff immediately.
    3. To ensure a smoother and more enjoyable journey, we strongly recommend booking activities, meal packages, and other optional services at the time of booking. No additional bookings will be accepted within 10 days prior to departure or during the trip.
    4. This product is a destination-based group tour with shared travelers, and the itinerary will be arranged in a group with other guests while ensuring the promised services and standards. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted based on different departure dates.
    5. Hotel Standard: North American hotels do not have an official grading system. All hotels involved are local brand hotels.
    6. The standard double rooms in North American hotels are equipped with either one large bed or two single beds. If you have special bed preferences, please inform us at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
    7. Tour Vehicles: Vehicles are arranged based on the number of travelers. For groups of 24 or fewer, the driver will also act as the guide. For groups over 24, there will be a separate driver and guide.
    8. The safety and rights of tourists are protected by the respective operators of transportation, hotels, restaurants, and attractions. In case of accidents, injuries, or other losses, the terms of the operator will apply, and the company will not be held responsible.
    9. In case of special circumstances such as bad weather or traffic accidents, the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary.
    10. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your personal interests.
    11. For any issues related to flight cancellations, delays, weather, or other safety matters, please refer to the respective airlines or transportation company's regulations, which are unrelated to our company.

    1. If your itinerary includes airport transfers, please provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pickup location on time. If inaccurate information causes issues with the transfer, the travel agency reserves the right to charge for a second transfer or arrange for a different available transfer. Please note that each booking includes only one free transfer service.
    2. Depending on the hotel's policies, you may be required to provide a credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses (e.g., phone, laundry, dining).
    3. If you need assistance before your trip, please contact our Chinese-speaking customer service team.

    5. Please arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time as agreed by the guide. If you are late and miss the departure, you will need to meet the group at the next pickup location. The company will not be responsible for any delays caused by tardiness.
    6. During the trip, you may stay at different hotels. If there are any pickup or drop-off issues related to different hotels, the guide will arrange it according to the actual situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
    7. Different vehicles and guides may be assigned during the tour. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience this may cause.
    8. If you need to leave the group during the trip, please sign the "Leave Group Confirmation".
    9. Travelers under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).
    10. For any complimentary services, if they are canceled due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances, or if you choose not to participate, no refund will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.
    11. If you have special requirements (e.g., bed type, vegetarian meals, baby seats), please inform us at least 7 days before your departure, and we will do our best to accommodate them, but cannot guarantee fulfillment.
    [VIA Rail Special Notes]
    1. In the event of unexpected or force majeure factors (e.g., transport capacity adjustments, airport or station closures, sudden cancellations, weather conditions, or transportation controls), causing a flight or train cancellation or delay, the travel agency will assist in making changes.
    - If the train is delayed by 5 hours or more, you can choose to wait or cancel the train segment of the trip.
    - If you choose to cancel the train segment, the agency will assist in processing the refund for the train ticket and provide a free stay at Travelodge or a similar hotel in Vancouver for one night. Any additional transportation costs will be at the traveler's own expense.
    2. This product includes VIA Rail Canada train tickets. Please refer to the final confirmation by VIA Rail Canada for specific details regarding train tickets and policies in case of accidents or force majeure.
    3. It is strongly recommended to purchase relevant travel insurance in advance.
    4. This product's train segment does not include a guide
    Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
    Please Note:
    1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
    2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
    Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.

    According to the notice from Jasper National Park, Maligne Canyon is closed year-round, and Pyramid Lake will be used as a substitute.
