Best Maligne Lake Tours & Trips

Everything about this trip worked well for us. The group size, the pacing, the hotels, and the sites. I especially liked Lake Louise—it was more beautiful than any postcard. I’d happily recommend this to my friends and family.

The Canadian Rockies are everything I imagined and more. The pace of this 8-day tour was excellent – not too rushed, but we saw so much. Banff, Jasper, Yoho, and even smaller gems like Bow Lake were included. Our guide gave great recommendations for restaurants during free time. The accommodations were better than expected, with great breakfasts. I especially enjoyed the Icefields Parkway drive – the views were out of this world. Highly recommended.

Our 4 day travel experience was very good. We managed to see alot in a short period of time! Our tour guides were very nice and gave up a good experience. We had Michael on the first day. He was very good and went above and beyond for everyone. Our second guide was kelvin, he was very nice and really helpful. All I can say is the time management could’ve been a little better & the explanation of some things could be better too. I would recommend.

Incredible views ... the only way to see Spirit Island besides paddling for 7 hours!

This boat cruise really is the only way in, unless you can paddle for seven hours. The lake is 14 miles long. Though you won't be going the full length, you will see Spirit Island both from the boat and from land. they dock for about 15 minutes so that you can walk up to the famous Spirit Island viewpoint. If you are driving from Jasper, give yourself plenty of time, as the service road to the boathouse is long and on busy days the going can be slow due to traffic. The only thing I would change is the check-in process ... at the dock they are currently only accepting Pursuit vouchers with the bar code and departure time. If you don't have this you need to check-in up by the gift shop. This is creating some confusion during boarding,
