Thayer, Eureka, Alma, Hercules, Epleton Hall, San Francisco Bay Ark and the Wampama. Hyde Street Pier was an important vehicle ferry terminal before the Golden Gate and San Francisco-Oakland Bay bridges were constructed. It was built in 1922 to be a Golden Gate Ferry Company station.
