Traveling by air-conditioned vehicle made a big difference on a full-day tour. The drive between Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya was smooth and gave us a good look at both cities.

Our afternoon tea at The Majestic Hotel was the perfect, elegant conclusion to a day of sightseeing. The setting was gorgeous, and the Malaysian twist on classic English treats was both surprising and delightful.

The Thean Hou Temple was stunning; a peaceful contrast to the city bustle. The panoramic photos from the Petronas Towers Observation Deck were incredible.
