Departing from Calgary/Banff, head west, passing the famous Spiral Tunnel, a testament to the ingenuity and hardship of the railway workers who built the Pacific Railway.
Arrive at Emerald Lake, whose waters remain clear and enchanting even in winter, like a hidden paradise.
Then visit Natural Bridge, a natural arch formed by the long-term erosion of the Kicking Horse River, showcasing the raw power of nature.
Next, come to the dreamy winter scene of Lake Louise, backed by Victoria Glacier, creating a magnificent view of snowy mountains and frozen lake.
Every year from January to April (official dates subject to confirmation), the grand Ice Magic Festival is held here, attracting artists and visitors from around the world, where ice sculptures and snowy landscapes intertwine like a fairy tale.
The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise on the lakeshore adds an elegant touch to the scenery.
At the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, you may also choose to join the group meal (mandatory, choose one of two): Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise Hotel Lunch (not available during Christmas and New Year, replaced by a ski resort buffet) or Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise Afternoon Tea. After lunch, proceed to Marble Canyon for a light hike.
The canyon features multiple wooden bridges, with a zigzag trail crossing the winding creek. Towering limestone cliffs and icy waterfalls on both sides create a spectacular view, and the winter waterfalls are especially crystal clear.

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise Lunch and Winter Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise Afternoon Tea at Fairview Bar are mandatory options, one of which must be chosen.

1. When the group size reaches 10 or more diners, the restaurant will be arranged at Louiza. The appetizer and dessert will be served separately from the main course, with a dining style similar to a three-course Western meal.

2. When the group size is fewer than 10 diners, the restaurant will be arranged at The Lakeview. The steak meal will be served as a single main course, with the steak upgraded from an 8-ounce regular steak to a 12-ounce Alberta steak.

Special Notes

Winter temperatures in the Canadian Rockies often range from -10°C to -30°C. Please bring a down jacket, thermal underwear, windproof gloves, a scarf, and winter boots with good traction to prevent frostbite.
Wildlife is frequently seen in the Rockies. Do not feed any animals. If you encounter large wildlife, do not get out of the vehicle to approach them.
For canyon walks and trail hikes, we provide ice cleats/crampons. Guests must sign a corresponding waiver before using them.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all hotel rooms. Violators will be fined CAD $300 or more.
Most hotels in the Rockies are 3‑ to 4‑story wood‑frame buildings; some do not have elevators.
We strongly advise against smoking inside national parks. If you smoke, please do so only in designated areas and do not litter cigarette butts.
For environmental reasons, hotels in the Rockies do not supply toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, or combs. They do provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap.
In line with North American customs, most hotel rooms do not have electric kettles. If you need hot water, please ask the front desk for assistance. If no kettle is available, use the in‑room coffee maker to heat water (with proper instructions).
Hot drinking water is not available at scenic sites. If needed, please prepare your own before leaving the hotel.
Canada uses 110V electricity. Outlets are three‑prong: one round prong at the top and two flat parallel prongs below.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel medical and trip cancellation insurance before the tour to protect your health and personal interests.
