To make your trip more fulfilling, pleasant and smooth, we strongly recommend that you book activity tickets, meal packages, etc. at the time of ordering. No additional bookings can be made within 7 days before departure or during the tour.
This product is a destination shared group tour. On the premise that the promised service content and standards remain unchanged, you will be grouped with other guests and the itinerary will be arranged uniformly. Depending on the departure date, the order of the itinerary may be adjusted.
Due to hotel operational restrictions in the Banff area, bed types cannot be specified; the hotel will randomly assign king or double/double rooms based on availability on the day of check‑in. Thank you for your understanding.
Hotel star ratings: There is no official hotel star‑rating system in North America. The hotels involved in the itinerary are all local brand hotels. Standard double rooms in North American hotels are equipped with "one bed", "two beds" or "standard bed with sofa bed". If you have special requirements for bed type, please inform us at the time of booking and we will try our best to coordinate.
Product components, such as tour vehicles, hotels, restaurants, tourist attraction facilities, language and culture, may have different standards due to differences in regions and countries. Please understand. (Language may be bilingual, such as Mandarin or English.)
Tour vehicles: Vehicles are arranged according to the group size. For groups of 24 or fewer passengers, the driver will also serve as the guide. For groups of 25 or more, there will be a separate driver and guide.
For the safety and rights of tourists, the various transportation vehicles, hotels, restaurants and sightseeing spots used in the itinerary each have their own regulations to be responsible for tourists. In the event of accidental injury or other losses, the settlement shall be based on the regulations established by each operating agency, and our company shall not be involved.
In case of special circumstances, such as severe weather, traffic accidents, etc., our company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your personal interests.
In the event of flight cancellations, delays, weather and other travel safety issues, each has its own regulations and directly concerns the passengers; our company shall not be involved.

Travel tips:
If your itinerary includes airport transfer service, please be sure to provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick‑up location in advance. If the pick‑up is missed due to incorrect information, the travel agency reserves the right to provide a second service or charge an additional pick‑up fee at the paid private car transfer rate, or arrange the next available free shuttle with space. Please note that only one pick‑up service is provided per booking.
Depending on the hotel's operating requirements, you may be asked to provide a credit card as a deposit for incidental charges (such as phone, laundry, meals) during your stay.

All activity tickets and meals must be booked in advance. No additional bookings can be made during the tour. We appreciate your understanding.
During the tour, please gather at the pick‑up location at the time agreed by the guide. Do not be late so as not to delay the itinerary. If you miss the coach due to lateness, you will need to make your own way to the next meeting point, and you shall bear the responsibility. We appreciate your understanding.
During the tour, there may be cases where guests stay at different hotels. If pick‑up/drop‑off involves guests from different hotels, the driver and guide will make reasonable arrangements according to the actual group situation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you.
During the tour, there may be different vehicles and guides serving you. If this causes any inconvenience, we apologize and thank you for your understanding.
During the trip, if you need to leave the group, please sign the "Group Departure Confirmation" form.
Passengers under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) to join the tour.
Complimentary items included in the itinerary, if they cannot be provided due to force majeure such as transportation, weather, etc., or if you are unable to participate for personal reasons, the fees will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.
