• Pick-up and drop-off service is only available for hotels located in the Waikiki area. When booking, please provide your hotel name and address in the order notes so we can verify eligibility.
• Please book at least one business day in advance.
• The gratuity for the driver must be paid in cash. Please plan for this expense as part of your travel budget.
• To ensure smooth communication, we recommend providing a valid U.S. mobile phone number, and keeping your phone reachable upon arrival.
• The type of transfer vehicle will depend on the actual number of participants on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
• If any national or privately-owned attractions included in the itinerary are closed due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, we shall not be held liable for any compensation. Please be sure to understand this before joining the tour.
• If the tour is affected due to personal reasons (e.g. lateness) of the participant or others, which are beyond the company's control, we are unable to offer any compensation. Please understand this in advance and be considerate of others.
• This is a shared group tour operated by a local ground service provider. For operational convenience, the provider may reassign guests to a different vehicle or assign a different guide and driver during the tour. However, the service content and standards will remain consistent with what is stated in the contract.
