  • Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
  • Cancellation Policy: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 6 days before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 5 days of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
  • Check-in is 30 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
  • All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. We will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.
  • Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
  • All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 928-645-0246. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00 am to 20:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
  • A prime time supplement and/or fuel surcharge may apply.
