• Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
• Check-in is 30 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
• Cancellation Policy: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 6 days before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 5 days of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
• All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. We will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.
• Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
• All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00am to 20:00pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick up information will be wait-listed.
• A prime time supplement and/or fuel surcharge may apply.
