- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour start time. Tour guides will not wait for clients. Children are allowed on the tour.
- For safety reasons, we do not allow children's attachments like trailers and tag-a-longs on tours.
- No guest under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present.
- This tour must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
- This tour operates every day at 10:00am (except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year).
- All guests must be able to ride a bicycle on their own.
- Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes.
- Please call or e-mail 48 hours prior to service to reconfirm details and present your Voucher to the representative upon arrival.
