Itinerary

On this 2 hour long tour, you will ride along the 'fire break' in front of Borealis Basecamp in the heated cab of our snow coach. The fire break was created 7 years ago as a way to keep fires from crossing one side of the forest to another, and now provides us with a beautiful open space to view animal tracks or, if you're lucky, see some wild animals!
Arrive at our hill top location for 360 degree views, beautiful sunsets and views of Denali, highest mountain in North America, off in the distance.

If you are driving yourself from Fairbanks up to Borealis Basecamp, make sure to depart Fairbanks at least one hour prior to the start of your tour to make sure you arrive on time! Borealis Basecamp does not offer refunds if you arrive to your tour late.
Please make sure to meet us at the front desk 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour! This tour does not have any spots to stop for the restroom.
