Live your dream of cruising through the romantic canals of Venice on an exciting Venice gondola ride. The gondola is one of the most emblematic vessels of Venice. Not many people know that this unique vessel was once very different from the one we admire today, and has evolved along with the city of Venice. Considered one of the most beautiful and elegant vessels on Earth, a gondola is built using special techniques; each part contains its own special symbolism. Its multi-pronged ferro, or prow, has six pettini, symbolic of the six sestieri into which Venice is divided. The function of the iron piece is to balance the gondolier's weight. The S-shape evokes the curvature of the Grand Canal. Not only elegance and beauty then, a whole world embodied in a boat. Experience the beauty of Venice on a Venice Gondola Ride. We will admire elegant bank-side palaces, unique bridges and breathe the charm and magic that only a town built on water can give you. Boarding assistance will be provided. The ride will be shared (5 passengers max). Let the local gondolier, with his distinctive blue and white striped shirt, take you along the hidden canals of Venice.
Special note: From the 1st of November 2024 we can not accept anymore the private gondola ride with the duration of 60 minutes. Only the 30 minutes gondola ride will be available.

    • Meeting time and place: 11:00am and 3:00pm at the little square in front of San Moisè Church in Campo San Moisè, near Hotel Bauer.
    • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to tour start stime.
    • Please provide or show a copy of your voucher to our staff (holding a TURIVE signboard).
    • This is a shared gondola (up to six people per boat).
    • Please bring some water with you, particularly on hot days.
    • No refund will be given for no shows or late arrivals. The gondola ride will take place rain or shine; only in case of very heavy rain may it be cancelled and the tour refunded.
    • Please be aware that starting from April 2024 and on certain dates, a new entry fee of Euro 5.00 will be implemented for day visitors to the city of Venice. 
      Please note that all visitors, including those exempt from the fee, must register and present a QR code voucher upon entry between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM on applicable days. Exemptions apply to certain categories, such as residents, students on educational trips, individuals with disabilities, and those under 14 years old.
