Encounter two of the most fascinating attractions in Rome in one day! Combining these two amazing attractions together with skip the line tickets, this tour of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica, and the Colosseum allows you to experience the best Rome has to offer in one trip! After picking you up from your hotel and introducing you to your expert, local guide, we'll begin our tour with the invaluable Vatican Museum. Home to 54 different galleries. This amazing collection includes works by artists like Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Caravaggio, Raphael and Giotto, to name a few. Following our exploration of the first 53 galleries, we'll head to the most famous: the Sistine Chapel. Over 500 years old, the Sistine Chapel is arguably the most famous chapel in the world, largely because of Michelangelo world-famous fresco. From here we'll visit the largest basilica and pilgrimage site in the world: St. Peter's Basilica. Then we'll enjoy a three-course meal at a local Italian restaurant. Those selecting the basic itinerary without the lunch upgrade must make their own way to the arc of the Colosseum at 2:15pm, the start time for the second part of the tour. Get ready for the second half of our tour: the Roman Colosseum! Skip the line with and enter this ancient and imposing structure to discover its rich history. Finally, you'll have the opportunity to visit Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum.
