This full day excursion is a 352 kilometers journey, passing by Nahuel Huapi and Lanin National Parks, will take you along the Road of the Seven Lakes to get to San Martin de Los Andes, famous for its craft artisan and arts.
Starting from Bariloche we'll travel down National Route 237, passing by the eastern end of Lake Nahuel Huapi to the Limay River. From here we'll cross onto National Route 231, which borders the northern edge of Lake Nahuel Huapi, and arrive at Villa La Angostura where we'll enjoy a short break.
Our journey will continue along the rest of the lakes, enjoying stunning views of Mirror, Drafty, Escondido, Villarino, Falkner, Machónico and Lácar Lakes. Finally, we'll arrive at the city of San Martin de los Andes, one of the best tourist cities in the region.
On the return trip we'll follow a different route, following the Paso Córdoba route. Along the way we'll pass by Lake Meliquina and cross over Filo Hua Hum River and Caleufú River. We'll discover Confluence Traful, a stunning region where the Limay and Traful Rivers converge. Finally, we'll cross through the Enchanted Valley to arrive ate San Carlos de Bariloche.
The famous Road of the Seven Lakes allows you to travel between the cities of San Martin de los Andes and Bariloche. This route will leave you stunned by successive landscapes of extraordinary beauty.
This adventurous day trip will lead you into the region's main tourist corridor, internationally recognized for its unparalleled scenic beauty and natural scenic viewpoints, lakes, rivers and endless attractions, all available to those willing to discover the true path of the seven lakes.
You will arrive back in Bariloche for drop-off at your hotel in the early evening.
