You can begin your hop-on hop-off tour at any of the Barcelona City Tour stops by showing your printed voucher or E-voucher when getting on board.
Please print out the receipt/voucher you receive by email, as you must present a hard-copy when boarding the bus. We cannot accept documents on electronic devices.
You will be provided with your ticket the first time you board a bus with your purchase voucher/receipt. You must keep it with you throughout the tour, as our staff may ask to see it at any time. You will not be able to board or continue using the service if you misplace your ticket.
The purchase receipt/voucher you receive by email may be used only once. From this moment on, the only valid travel document will be the ticket our staff has provided you.
Your ticket is non-transferable and valid only for the service and date indicated therein.
Possession of a valid ticket entitles you to access the Barcelona City Tour service, subject to the availability of places on the vehicle(s) in question. Purchase of a ticket does not guarantee availability of a seat.
2-day tickets are valid for two consecutive days.
Service frequency may vary depending upon the traffic and the season. Barcelona City Tour reserves the right to modify the itinerary, timetable or routing due to outside or organisational reasons. Such changes shall not give rise to any entitlement to full or partial refund of the ticket price.
No ticket returns are accepted after purchase and loss or theft of your ticket shall not give rise to any entitlement to exchange or refund.
Standing, throwing away any object or wrapping, putting hands or arms out of the window and the adoption of any position other than being correctly seated on the seats are all strictly prohibited.
No smoking, eating or drinking on board the vehicle.
Changes to the service due to events or causes outside Barcelona City Tour's control, including adverse weather, traffic conditions, or the lack of free places shall not give rise to any entitlement to a refund of the ticket price.
Except for guide dogs, no animals are allowed on board.
The buses have no storage facilities, so only one small piece of hand luggage per passenger is allowed.
Baby buggies must remain folded on the lower deck, provided that there is space. For safety reasons, babies may not travel in their buggies.
