Limited to the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas.* ## About The tour is perfectly paced and desgined to make the most of every minute! **There is time built in to:** - Travel to the famous Apache Trail. An old trail, the Apache tribe used in the late 1800's as well as a road built for prospectors and wagons traveling through the area. - Enjoy the majestic Superstition Mountain range as well as the beautiful Sonoran desert backdrop. - Venture to the old gold mining ghost town of Goldfield, witness breathtaking vistas in the mountain range of the Superstitions and let you take a 90 minute sightseeing steamboat ride on Canyon Lake. - Make a pitstop at the old wagon stop of Tortilla Flat for possible lunch or gift shop attractions. - Stop at the Lost Dutchman Museum to polish up your knowledge of the area before we head back into town. Goldfield: Once one of the richest gold mines in Arizona.Goldfield is now one of the most prominent ghost towns that has been restored to its glory days of the wild west. Guests will get a chance to wander around the old west town and shops while having breathtaking views of the neighboring superstition mountains. (Duration 45 minutes). Superstition Mountains: Argubly the most scenic mountain range in Arizona anthe Southwest for that matter. This Superstition mountain range is known for its beautiful desert terrain and rich history of many native American tribes (most notably the Apaches) and for the old west cowboy culture that shaped how it remains today. Legends of lost mines and missing travelers have made the mountains a true mystery or superstition true to namesake. (Duration 4 hours). Canyon Lake/Dolly Steamboat: Embark on a journey that will surely leave you in awe and wonder. At scenic Canyon Lake you will get to see the beautiful desert scenery from a different vantage point. On a Steamboat! The Dolly Steamboat is an old fashioned paddle wheeler in ripe condition ready to take you on a 90 minute sightseeing journey across the lake. This experience is sure to leave an impression!
