Itinerary

After picking you up at your hotel in Las Vegas, we'll depart for the Grand Canyon! There are approximately one million acres at the West Rim that are privately owned by the Hualapai Indians. It’s very quiet and back to nature and offers a different experience than that of the South Rim. The Hualapai are very proud of their native history and share it with us in various displays at the Grand Canyon West Rim. Relax and spend time in the beautiful surroundings of Eagle and Guano Point. Feel free to hike the trail at Guano Point leading to the highest point where the scenic vantage offers a majestic view of the Colorado River, or just simply relax and enjoy the peacefulness that the Grand Canyon West Rim has to offer. We provide a light, continental breakfast including a danish, granola bar, banana and juice. Unlimited bottled water is available on the bus. A BBQ lunch is served at the canyon at Guano Point or at the Hualapai Ranch. There is also a choice of light lunch at the Canyon Café at Eagle Point. There are also vegetarian meals available. The West Rim provides convenient hop-on-hop-off shuttle systems that operate continuously, giving you the freedom to create your own experience. You choose the sights to see and how much time you spend at each one. Your driver will explain to you what time and where to meet our bus to return to Las Vegas. Guano Point You can choose to have your lunch right at the edge of the canyon. you can also interact with tribal members of women and children who are offering native american jewelry and crafts made by them from the jewels and rocks from the canyon. take a short, safe canyon hike to see remnants of a historic tram and guano mine. Eagle Point Here the Hualapai offers you the experience of native american village of dwellings depicting multiple tribes. The amphitheater offers continuous performances all day. For an additional charge, you can experience the Skywalk (glass bridge) where you can walk 4,000 ft high above the canyon floor. This walkway is managed by the Hualapai Indians. Skywalk (optional) Experience the majestic wonders of the Grand Canyon West while standing on the “glass bridge”, the Skywalk. The Skywalk is a U-shaped glass bridge that extends 70 feet beyond the rim of the Grand Canyon, giving visitors a full View of the 3,200 foot drop in to the Colorado River on the Canyon Floor. Hualapai Ranch This is an actual working cowboy ranch. You can also choose to eat your BBQ lunch at the ranch. Enjoy western hospitality, cowboy entertainment, wagon rides (please schedule your time appropriately) and more. Learn how to rope, quick draw and tomahawk toss the cowboy way. Helicopter Tour (optional) Experience the spectacular views of the Grand Canyon from a helicopter. You will descend and land 3,500 feet below the rim, where you will enjoy the mystique and grandeur of the Grand Canyon. Don’t forget your camera. Once you reach the landing site you will have approximately 20 minutes to enjoy the breathtaking scenery viewing the bottom of the canyon and the Colorado River. The entire tour is approximately 45 minutes. (Time spent at the Grand Canyon will be minimized if delays occur from the helicopter tours.)
