Our first destination is London Bridge, you can choose to ride a boat to feel this beautiful river. Then we go to Donkey Town, you can see the real antiquity jail and mine here, you also can see some donkeys walk the street, if you want, you can touch them but please be respectful of wildlife.

- All pick-up times listed in the itinerary are for reference only. The exact pick-up time will be arranged by the tour guide, who will inform the guests the day before the trip. Please provide your Chinese or American mobile phone number. Guests who are unreachable by the tour guide have the responsibility to contact us or our agents by 8 PM (Pacific Time) the night before the trip to confirm the pick-up time. Any losses caused by delays or no-shows due to unreachability are the guest's responsibility, and no refunds will be provided by our company.

- If you plan to have a night tour or show for the same day after the tour, please leave enough time for each activity. The tour duration may be changed or extended depending on the weather and traffic conditions.
- Customers will be contacted the day prior to the scheduled service date by our customer service team to reconfirm the pick-up location and time. Please bring along the voucher and passport or U.S government issued photo ID to complete the process.
- Please confirm the pick-up location with the hotel staff the day before your trip, and arrive at the pick-up location in time for your trip. There will be no refund if a customer is late or misses the bus.
- Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
- Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
- There may be unexpected security checks during the tour. Please don't bring any luggage larger than 10*11*18 inches. Our guide will help you deposit your luggage at the hotel.
