Itinerary:
11:00 Make your own way to the meeting point at 3820 University Ave S, Fairbanks, AK 99709.
Please arrive by 11:45 to check in for your flight.
(Note: Transportation to the meeting point is not provided. Please plan your time accordingly and bring a valid ID for check-in.)
13:00 Board a scenic flight to Coldfoot Camp Airport. The estimated flight duration is 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Upon landing, you'll take a shuttle bus to Coldfoot Camp, where you'll have approximately 1 hour of free time. During this time, you may send a postcard from the northernmost post office in the United States or enjoy a meal at the camp restaurant (at your own expense).
15:30 Depart Coldfoot by plane and return to Fairbanks, with an estimated arrival time of 16:40.
After arrival, please make your own way back to your hotel.

– Pilot: A gratuity of $10 per person is recommended. If you are pleased with the flight experience, please tip the pilot after landing. - Lunch, dinner, and other personal food and beverage expenses are not included

- Peak season (Dec 18, 2025-Jan 5, 2026; Feb 16-22, 2026)(based on actual service dates, not tour dates): may use 25-seat or larger vehicles.
- Off-peak season: small groups up to 14 guests.

- Please note that this tour requires you to make your own way to the meeting point. Be sure to plan your time accordingly and check in with a valid ID.
- If there is any discrepancy between the scheduled times listed in the itinerary and the times announced by the tour guide on site, please follow the tour guide's instructions.
- Minimum group size: 4 participants.
- Please note that this itinerary does not include a visit to the Arctic Circle sign monument.
- It is strongly recommended that guests purchase travel insurance in advance.
- This is a shared tour, and you may be traveling with other guests who have booked different itineraries. We appreciate your understanding.
- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10–15 minutes in advance and ensure the contact number you provided is reachable. Due to traffic conditions and multiple hotel pickups, your patience is appreciated. If you are not present within 10 minutes of the scheduled time and cannot be reached after multiple attempts, it will be considered a voluntary cancellation with no refund or compensation.
- In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that threaten the safety of guests or prevent the tour from proceeding as planned, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures. This may include adjusting the itinerary, changing the order of visits, or even canceling part or all of the tour. Related costs are non-refundable. Any additional expenses incurred (such as extra accommodation, transportation, meals, or flight changes) will be the guest's responsibility. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to minimize potential losses due to such events.
- Due to the unpredictable weather in Alaska, the tour guide may adjust the itinerary order as needed to ensure the best possible experience. However, no part of the itinerary will be omitted unless necessary. In the event of forced cancellations, we will offer refunds based on the affected portion of the tour and the actual circumstances. Final interpretation rights belong to the company.
- This tour operates on a join-in/shared group basis and is handled by a local operator. For operational efficiency, the local operator may transfer guests between vehicles during the tour and assign different guides and drivers, while ensuring that all services remain consistent with the agreed standards and itinerary.
Tour guides and drivers rely upon the service fees charged on the tour to supplement their income. The wages of tour guides and drivers are determined factoring in that they will receive service fees to augment their earnings. Please pay at least the recommended service fee because the tour guides and drivers work hard to accommodate many people on the tour. The fee is calculated based on the total tour date.

The 1-Day Arctic Circle Air Adventure was an incredible experience that gave us a unique perspective on Alaska’s stunning wilderness. Flying over the Arctic landscape was absolutely surreal, with vast expanses of untouched snow and ice stretching out below us.
