Please be ready and show up at meeting location 5-10 minutes prior to the meeting time as the tour will start on time.If you miss the bus, please go to next pick up location to meet the group.Should there be any concerns, please contact us.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
* More than 34 days prior to departure, CAD$30+GST/person will be charged.
* Within 33 days of departure, tour fare and all options will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Change of departure date will be considered as a cancellation.
* Decrease in number of guests, change the optional admissions & group meal purchase, as well as amending extended hotel stay will be considered as cancellation.
*All optional tours are non-refundable. Refund will be done only due to weather and force majeure event happens and the optional tours could not be continued.

One piece of checked luggage & one piece of carry-on luggage, with applicable size restrictions, are allowed for each person.

All room types are based on double occupancy. No extra bed for 3rd & 4th person.

Should there be any itinerary details/price discrepancies from our website, the company's invoice will be considered as the final confirmation.
