Cancellation Policy: If you received the confirmed email, the order can not be canceled and refunded.

Tickets are generally redeemable for all operational dates within the year tickets are purchased.

You are encouraged to pick up your tickets at our office, but we can send your tickets (U.S. only) via priority mail for your convenience (fees apply).

Please be sure to look up the operating dates of SeaWorld San Diego before traveling to the park.
